‘Restructure, Survive & Succeed – Key Strategies for law Firms during a Downturn’ is a strategic one day law event aimed at addressing and overcoming recession related issues that law firms are currently facing. From Cost Saving and Restructuring to Employment, Practice Management, Risk, Compliance, Outsourcing, I.T, Raising Capital and Cash flow, the event is designed to deliver in-depth information that will house key decision makers including Directors, Managing and Senior Partners and Practice Managers as well as Heads of Finance and Risk departments from a wide range of UK based law firms.
The event will provide strategic advice and demonstrations from the experts which are designed to address a wide range of problems that law firms are currently experiencing. Furthermore, the experts will reveal how to initiate plans that will help retain any firms’ plans of continual growth and success during these times of recession and beyond.
Speakers on the day will include some of Europe's best known and most respected law speakers including Prof Stephen Mayson, Alan Hodgart, Rupert Kendrick, Barry Wilkinson, Tim Aspinall and Peter Warner, as well as representatives from the Legal Sector Alliance which is made up of 90 of the top 100 law firms in the UK.

In addition to a full conference program, panel discussions and a number of workshops, the event is providing a unique opportunity to meet with ‘cost saving’ solution providers on a one 2 one basis to discuss, analyse and diagnose any problems that individual Law Firm’s are currently experiencing. The one 2 one meetings will be a series of short introductory meetings which are designed to deliver an initial opportunity to confidentially discuss problems and solutions. This initial meeting is also designed to allow the delegate the opportunity to request a follow up meeting with the solution provider at a later date for a full assessment at the delegate’s request.
The event is priced at only £345 per delegate with early bird and group savings.
