Charitable Functions - We have worked with Charities to stage events designed specifically to raise funds. The nature of these events can range from sports, the arts or exhibitions and we are able to bring our objective view and event experience to the benefit of the charity to plan and organise an event that will appeal to people and make the process of contributing to charity an enjoyable one.

Communications - Keeping in touch at big events involving a lot of people can cause all sorts of problems. The importance of event organisers, staff and hosts being able to find each other and pass messages cannot be stressed highly enough, yet is frequently ignored and often the cause of many problems and misunderstandings. We can make all the arrangements to provide radio communications for all key personnel, using hand-held transceivers and if required discreet ear-pieces and miniature microphones.

Conferences - Conference organisation is one of our main activities and our experience includes residential events lasting several days, short intensive events and most variables in between. We prefer to be involved at the early stages of planning to establish budgets, discuss venue options and any special requirements that will be unique to your event. Corporate Hospitality - There is a huge and often confusing array of options for corporate hospitality and entertainment. Depending on location, the numbers involved and the overall budget the choice needs careful consideration and experience of the options available can be more than a little valuable. Knowing where to go and who to use is never easy but EVENTweb can quickly suggest the most appropriate and cost effective answer to your requirements and make all the necessary arrangements, including managing all the administration leaving you free to enjoy the occasion with your guests.

Cost - The cost of your event will be dictated by its' type, the location, the number of people involved and the facilities required. Without event management experience costs can quickly exceed budgets when unforeseen items start mounting up. We work in one of two ways: Either we can work with you to design your event to your specification and give you an all inclusive cost that includes our fee. This method means you can budget confidently leaving the negotiations and arrangements to us. Alternatively we can make arrangements on your behalf leaving the settlement of accounts in your hands and charge our fee as a separate item to add to your overall cost. Our fee can either be a flat rate for the work involved, a percentage of the overall cost, success related or a combination. We aim to be "up front" about our costs and agree rates and payment methods before we get started to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Crowd Control - Any event that attracts visitors needs to ensure the safety of those taking part as well as those spectating. EVENTweb can advise on requirements and make the necessary arrangements to provide personnel, barriers, signage and anything else needed to ensure problems are prevented.
